AromaTOUCH® Technique

A clinical approach to applying essential oils along energy meridians and visceral contact points of the back and feet to help balance sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems of the body. Developed by Dr. David Hill, a leading expert in integrative medicine and therapeutic applications of essential oils, the AromaTouch Technique improves well-being by reducing physical and emotional stressors and by supporting healthy autonomic function. The technique is simple and intuitive and uses doTERRA CPTG essential oils for an unparalleled grounding experience.

Trigger Point Therapy

Trigger points are located in taut bands of muscle fibers. The therapist will locate them and apply digital pressure to shut off the nerve supply, which in turn relaxes the muscle and allows for increased circulation. This is incorporated into Therapeutic Massage sessions.

Prenatal Massage

Prenatal massage is recommended during 2nd and 3rd trimesters. This soothing massage assists with shorter labor for expectant mothers, as well as less need for medication, less depression and anxiety, and shorter hospital stays. Baby will benefit from lower levels of stress hormones and better circulation, too!

Tones the muscles in the face and neck to lift the skin, break up adhesions, and reduce the appearance of wrinkles.

Reflexology

Reflexology is based on the belief that each body part is represented on the hands, ears, and feet. Applying pressure on specific areas can have therapeutic effects in the corresponding parts of the body.
